We are excited to service every order and take pride in offering the best products to our customers. If for some reason you change your mind after placing the order, you may cancel and request a refund as per the below terms:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Products once dispatched, even if in transit, cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations can be issued via two methods, you may choose your preferred one:
- Refund credited to your Pupil London Account, for use in future purchases.
- Refund credited to the original source of payment.
3. Refunds may take around 7 days to reflect in your account.
4. Refunds in case of eligible returns will be processed only upon receiving the original product as per the returns policy.
