We at Zee Footwear take utmost care and use a modern manufacturing setup to craft every pair of footwear. We hope to deliver the best footwear and earn happy customers for our effort. Even then if for any reason, you are unsure after purchase, then we would be happy to take back or exchange as per the below conditions:
- We have a free 7-day trial policy, you can exchange or return within 7 days without any questions asked.
- For return/exchange, the product must be sent back in the original packaging with all tags. It should be unworn and in the same condition as received.
- Products sold during the sale period are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Exchange is subject to size/design availability.

- Refund will be initiated once the return request is approved by us, after receiving the product.
- Free gift/coupon has to be returned as well which was received during/with the purchase of a product which is later returned.
- If more than 1 product was purchased in a single order, it is possible to raise a return/exchange request for part of the order.
Please note:
- No returns or exchanges are allowed post 7 days of delivery
- Shipping cost, if any, would have to be borne by the customer.
- Return/exchange request will be cancelled if original packaging/tags are not received by us or if the product condition is not the same as when delivered.
- Any products received that are ineligible for return/exchange will not be resent to the customer at the company’s expense.
